When a definitive reservation for the B&B Aan de Itterbeek has been made and
confirmed, the following applies to cancellation of that reservation:
–   Cancellation more than 7 days in advance is free of charge.
–    If canceled from 7 days to 2 days before the arrival date,  the
cancellation fee 50%.
–     In case of cancellation from 0 days to 2 days before the arrival date, the
cancellation costs 100%.

To be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, you must:
to notify us of the cancellation as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.

After consultation, the agreed amount will be transferred to you as soon as possible,
but no later than 21 days, this applies to booking.com.
We expect payment of the cancellation costs within other bookings
